streetplastic is a mobile foundry, which oparates through the streets of the city. It makes new plastic bags out of old ones. The process takes place on the street, so the street becomes an improvised manufacturing line. Consumer driven citicens can design their personal bag with their own plastic bag. It arises a paradox connection to their new object of value. The lifetime of a plastic bag is around 20 minutes. In every squarekilometer of the ocean there are 46.000 pieces of plastic garbage.
